Should you wish to bring additional delegates (not included in your sponsorship package) to the Manager’s Conference, a cost summary and list of inclusions are outlined below. Please refer to the How To Register section for additional information on the registration process for additional delegates and follow the insturctions within the Expo Portal.

Your Supercheap Auto Category Manager will have been in contact to tailor an Expo solution with you. The following will be provided where agreed:
Allocated expo space within Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre. A 3m x 3m shell scheme or 6m x 6m space (with 6m L back wall)
Fascia / freestanding signage with your company name and booth number
Furniture supplied including 1 x 1.8m trestle table, 1 x large table cloth and 2 x chairs
Power supplied to your allocated space
Vehicle displays are only permitted as part of the Premium Packages and are subject to all GCCEC requirements being satisfied
Accommodation (1 room) for 2 nights at Dorsett Gold Coast
Trade Partners can choose their preferred dates of Accommodation from Monday, 15 September to Wednesday, 17 September. See the Accommodation page for more details.Meals including:
Breakfast daily for 1 or 2 representatives on your nominated 2 nights accommodation
Morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea provided for 2 representatives on Wednesday, 17 September
Dinner for 2 representatives at the Team and Trade Partner Dinner on Wednesday, 17 September at GCCEC

In late July 2026, the GCCEC Exhibitor Services Teams will be in touch to discuss your requirements and share the relevant information and forms for completion.
The following are a sample of the items to be submitted directly to GCCEC:
1. GCCEC Induction (Mandatory for all members of your team)
2. Authority to Sign and Freight Form (If GCCEC will be required to sign for your freighted goods)
3. Health and Safety Checklist (Only if you are engaging external contractors)
4. Catering Order Forms (Only if selecting items to give away on your stand i.e. popcorn machine)

Pyramid Displays is the preferred exhibition supplier providing a range of services including additional furniture hire, flooring, printed graphics, plants, audiovisual equipment, additional power and lighting, as well as stand upgrades and full custom stand design and construction.
In late July 2026, you will receive confirmation of your booth style and inclusions, along with a link to Pyramid Displays’ online portal where you can explore a wide range of upgrade and hire options.
