KEY DATES
FREIGHT ACCEPTED
Deliveries will be accepted to Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre (GCCEC) from Monday 12 October through to Tuesday 13 October. Please ensure you affix the delivery label provided to all goods.
EXPO BUMP-IN, FORUM & AWARDS
Wednesday 14 October
Expo Bump-In 8:00am-5:00pm
Trade Partners commence bump-in at allocated expo space at Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre. You can register and collect your lanyard from the registration desk. The venue logistics team will ensure your deliveries are ready at your booth for your setup.
Trade Partner Forum - from 2:00pm (Invitation Only)
The Trade Partner Forum will be held at GCCEC in Arena 2. Specific invitations will be sent out to attendees approx. 5 weeks before the event, with confirmed attendance via the supplied RSVP link required. Walk-ins/no RSVPs will not be accommodated.
Trade Partner Awards Dinner - from 6:00pm (Invitation Only)
This celebratory dinner for Trade Partners will be held at GCCEC in Arena 2 and will include a three course dinner.
TP EXPO AND TEAM & TRADE PARTNER DINNER
Thursday 15 October
Trade Partner Expo - 8:30am - 4:00pm
Trade Partners to be ready at allocated expo space by 8:00am. Company uniform/neat attire and your event lanyard must be worn during the Trade Partner Expo. Paid parking is available at Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre, at a flat rate of $15 per day. The parking clearance is 2.1m.
Bump Out - 4:00pm - 6:00pm
Trade Partners can commence bump out and affix consignment notes to freight (if applicable). The venue logistics team will assist Trade Partners to collect any items in storage.
Team and Trade Partner Dinner - From 6:00pm - 9:00pm
The Team and Trade Partner Dinner will be held at GCCEC following the Expo. This is a casual dinner with no specific meal times, and pre-dinner drinks from 6:00pm.
Thursday is our fun night where our Retail teams will typically dress up to the evening’s theme. This year is Halloween. Trade Partners are welcome to dress up or to join in smart casual attire if preferred.

THEMED DINNER
Friday 16 October
Trade Partner Expo Bump Out - 8:00am - 11:00am
Trade Partners continue bump out and affix consignment notes for freight (if applicable).
Trade Partner’s must have their site packed up by midday on Friday 16 October with courier collections arranged no later than 4:00pm on Friday, 16 October.
