Entry-Level Trade Partners

Each Trade Partner will have the opportunity to engage with Store Managers, Area Managers and other Retail Operations Managers across AUS and NZ. The conference sponsorship inclusions for Entry-Level Trade Partners are outlined below:

EXPO BOOTH (FOOTPRINT ONLY)

  • 1 x Expo Booth at 3m x 3m (footprint only, no marquee, gazebo or booth will be provided) in the Undercover Concourse at Heritage Bank Stadium for the duration of the Expo on Wednesday 23rd August, 2023.

  • This excludes the provision for vehicles to be displayed.

  • A floorplan with your allocated position will be provided closer to the conference.


ACCOMMODATION

Entry-Level Trade Partners will be provided accommodation (1 room) for 2 nights with 1 x breakfast included at the non-team hotel, Mercure Gold Coast. You will have access to the SCA event rate ($200 per night / per room inc 1 breakfast) for any additional nights accommodation that you require. You can select your accommodation requirements via the registration site. Accommodation will be managed by the conference event team, please don’t contact Mercure Gold Coast directly.


MEALS

Entry-Level Trade Partners will be provided with the following meals:
- Breakfast on Wednesday 23rd August and Thursday 24th August for 1 person
- Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea for 2 representatives on Wednesday 23rd August

ADDITIONAL NIGHTS FOR LEAD TRADE PARTNER

Lead Trade Partners can access the SCA conference rate at Mercure Gold Coast Resort for additional nights accommodation. Additional nights (if the request is for more than 2 nights) is $200 per night including 1 x breakfast and $230 per night including 2 breakfasts (if the Lead Trade Partner is sharing with a colleague).


CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in is 2pm and check-out is 11am. For guaranteed early check-in, making a reservation from the night prior is recommended. Requests for late check-out can be made directly with the hotel at Front Desk during your stay.
